Refund policy

1. The physical product is returned to the Augusta Quilts at your own cost and in a saleable condition within 30 days of dispatch.  Saleable condition is determined only on receipt of the returned item and at the sole discretion of Augusta Quilts.  This does not apply to digital products such as printables. 
2. Every attempt is made by Augusta Quilts to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and communication in this regard will receive the necessary and required attention of Augusta Quilts.
3. Due to the nature of the product, digital items do not qualify for refunds.
