Shipping policy
- Digital products - Your digital products will be available as soon as payment is received. You will get a download button after confirmation of purchase, and an email will be sent to you with the download link to your item/s.
All other products:
We use Pudo for order fulfillment, ensuring delivery right to your door. For some rural areas that are excluded from door delivery, we will coordinate with you to confirm the nearest Pudo locker for pickup.
- South Africa - R100 per delivery
- International - Upon receiving your order, we will provide a quote. Please note that most countries impose duties and import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our quote. Would you like a cost estimate? Based on our research with providers like FedEx and UPS, shipping a parcel containing a quilt typically costs around R700 for a 15-day delivery. This is only an estimate; the actual cost will be determined when the quote is issued.
- PLEASE NOTE: once your order has been sent and you have been emailed your tracking number, the onus is on you to follow up on the parcel. Any returned orders due to non-collection, will be subject to a further delivery fee. Orders that are “lost” during delivery, excluding those lost due to customer negligence, will be replaced by us at no extra cost where possible.
